Price and payment
The product’s total price including taxes is shown on the purchase screen; there is no additional delivery fee. Payment is made through authorised payment institutions or app stores.
Delivery
The product is credited to the Buyer’s game account immediately after payment is confirmed, and within 24 hours at the latest.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly (Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), Article 15(1)(ğ)). By confirming the purchase, you request instant delivery of the product and accept that your right of withdrawal ends. Your statutory rights remain reserved for products that are not delivered or are defective.

In the event of a dispute, you can apply to consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts in cases exceeding these limits.
