Cancellation and Refund Policy

General principle

PATRON is a free game. Because digital products that may be offered in the game are credited to your account immediately after purchase, they are not covered by the right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). Nevertheless, refunds are made in the following cases.

Cases eligible for a refund

• Payment was taken but the product was not credited to your account within 24 hours,
• More than one payment was mistakenly taken for the same product,
• The product differs from its description on the purchase screen or is technically unusable,
• Purchases made by a user under 18 without parental permission where the product has not yet been used (assessed upon the parent’s request).

How to apply

Within 14 days of the purchase date, send your username, the purchase date, the amount and, if available, the transaction number to info [at] patrongame [dot] com. Requests are assessed within 7 business days at the latest and you will be informed of the outcome.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method within 14 days of the approval date at the latest. The time it takes to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank. The refunded product is removed from your account.

App store purchases

For purchases made via Google Play or the App Store, payment is collected by the respective store and refund requests are primarily handled through the store’s own refund process: for Google Play support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637, for the App Store reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also write to us during this process and we will help you.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If subscriptions are offered in the game, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refund is made for a period already used.

Cases not eligible for a refund

Digital products that have been used or consumed, products in accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of Use, and requests made because of a change of mind are not eligible for a refund.
