Data controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, “KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Narin Vezhdin Tefon (PATRON GAME) (“PATRON GAME”) as data controller within the scope described below. Categories of personal data processed

• Identity: username; first and last name if social login is used.
• Contact: email address; phone number provided for support.
• Customer transactions: in-game transactions, purchase records, support requests.
• Transaction security: IP address, device and browser information, session and security logs, password hash.
• Visual records: optional profile photo.
• Location: the country, province, district and neighbourhood chosen in the game (device location is not collected).
• Marketing: referral source and campaign information, notification preferences.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the game service and managing membership, concluding and performing distance sales contracts, carrying out information security processes, preventing cheating and fraud, following up requests and complaints, fulfilling legal obligations, providing information to competent authorities and, if you have given your explicit consent, carrying out marketing activities.

Legal bases and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the game website, mobile apps, social login services and support channels. Your data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK — (c) conclusion and performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, (e) establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and (f) the legitimate interest of the data controller — and, for marketing notifications and personalised ads, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1).

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to hosting and infrastructure providers, social login service providers (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.), the advertising and notification service provider (Google AdSense, AdMob and Firebase), payment institutions and app stores, our business partners, and legally authorised public authorities, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. As some service providers have servers abroad, transfers abroad are made on the basis of the safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK (standard contracts or an adequacy decision) or the provisions on occasional transfers.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

• To find out whether your personal data is processed,
• If it has been processed, to request information about it,
• To find out the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
• To request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ), you can submit requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information identifying you, to Batıkent Mah. Your applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Board (Kurul).
