Terms of Use

Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Narin Vezhdin Tefon (PATRON GAME) (“PATRON GAME”) and the person using the game PATRON (the “Game”) via the website or mobile apps (the “Player”). By creating an account or using the Game, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Account

• You must be over 13 to use the Game; users under 18 play and make purchases with parental permission.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential.
• Each person may use only one account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or rented.
• Usernames and profile photos may not contain insults, hate speech, obscenity or content that infringes the rights of others.

In-game money and assets

Money, goods, businesses, vehicles, houses and other assets in the Game are virtual items used only within the Game; they have no real monetary value, cannot be converted into cash and cannot be bought or sold outside the Game. All rights to these items belong to PATRON GAME; the Player is granted only a licence to use them within the Game.

Prohibited conduct

• Using cheats, bots, macros, automation software or exploiting bugs in the game,
• Transferring resources to yourself using multiple accounts,
• Buying or selling in-game money or accounts for real money or any other consideration,
• Insulting, harassing, threatening or discriminating against other players; spam and fraud,
• Attacking the servers, disrupting the system, or accessing other people’s accounts without permission,
• Sharing content that is unlawful or contrary to public morals in signs, listings, messages and chats.

Sanctions

If these terms are violated, PATRON GAME has the right to issue warnings, reclaim unfair gains, restrict chat, suspend the account temporarily or indefinitely and, where necessary, take legal action. You can appeal suspension decisions through the support channels.

User content

You are responsible for the signs, listings, messages and similar content you create in the Game. You grant PATRON GAME a free, non-exclusive licence to display, store and moderate this content within the Game. Content that breaks the rules may be removed without prior notice.

Purchases

The sale of digital products that may be offered in the Game is subject to the Distance Sales Contract, the Pre-Information Form and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. For purchases made through app stores, the rules of the respective store also apply.

Intellectual property

The Game’s name, logo, software, graphics, music, videos and all its content belong to PATRON GAME or its licensors; they may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission. You may share game screenshots and videos for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit the source.

Service continuity and liability

The Game is provided “as is”. PATRON GAME may change, add or remove features in order to develop the Game, perform maintenance, adjust game balance or ensure security. PATRON GAME cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, internet infrastructure or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, PATRON GAME’s liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount the Player has paid to PATRON GAME in the last 12 months.

Termination of the account

You can delete your account from within the game at any time. PATRON GAME may close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms. If the Game is discontinued entirely, this will be announced a reasonable time in advance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to provincial or district consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts in cases exceeding these limits. For those who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Eskişehir have jurisdiction.

Changes

PATRON GAME may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; significant changes are announced in the game. Continuing to use the Game after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
